What services do you offer?

We provide custom balloon décor, luxury balloon garlands, photo booth rentals, themed backdrop setups, props, and add-on enhancements to make your event unforgettable.

How do I book a rental or balloon setup?

You can fill out our Booking Inquiry form on the website, message us on social media, or call/text to check availability. A deposit is required to secure your date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks ahead. Peak weekends fill quickly, but always ask — we sometimes have last-minute openings.

Can I rent items through my venue or event planner?

Yes! We partner with bars, restaurants, venues, and planners. They can add our services directly to their packages — or you can book independently.

Do you deliver?

Absolutely! We deliver, set up, and tear down within the Greater Genesee County & Mid-Michigan area. Travel fees may apply based on distance.

Are your backdrops available to everyone?

Yes! All backdrops featured in our gallery are available to rent and pair perfectly with our photo booth setups.

What size are your backdrops?

All backdrops are 8x8 ft — ideal for group photos, parties, and weddings.

Are your balloon garlands customizable?

100%! You pick the colors, length, style, and theme. We’ll help guide you based on your event vibe and budget.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — deposits secure your date and are non-refundable. Final payments are due before setup.

Do you offer power sources for outdoor or remote events?

Yes! We supply a portable power source for an additional $25 fee if needed for photo booth operations.

How long is a photo booth rental?

Most rentals cover 4 hours, including unlimited digital photos, props, and a professional attendant. Need more time? Just ask!

Do you tear down everything afterwards?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your event.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Any damage to equipment or décor during your rental will be charged to the client as outlined in our rental agreement.

Can I supply my own backdrop or props?

Yes — as long as your backdrop fits our booth space requirements. We can coordinate colors and themes to match.

Do you work indoor and outdoor events?

We do! Outdoor setups require stable weather decisions, power access, and protected space for safety.
